The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the bill “To amend several legislative acts of Ukraine re extension of production sharing agreements to other types of activity”

The bill (Reg. No. 11319) is aimed at extension of production sharing agreements to agricultural production and determination of clear principles of application of this mechanism in agriculture, including peculiarities of concluding and performing agreements.

The bill amends legislative acts determining main conditions of concluding and performing agricultural production sharing.

The bill amends the Land Code of Ukraine to govern land relations.

The bill stipulates mandatory state registration of the agricultural land plot use on conditions of production sharing agreements, which corresponds to the general principles of state control of property rights to land resources.
